REVIEW OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) FOR THE WATERFALLS MULTI-FACILITY PARK- IN LUSAKA BY LANDPROP INVESTMENT LTD. Landprop Investment Limited intends to develop an ultra-modern shopping mall, five star hotel, office park, service station complete with auto-bath and a vehicle show room. The proposed project will be located on an eight hectare prime land located at the junction of the Great East Road and the Lusaka International Airport Road . This is about 15 km from the Central Business District of Lusaka. This notice therefore, serves to inform members of the general public, interested and affected parties that an Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the proposed Waterfalls Multi-facility Park has been received by the Environmental Council of Zambia for review, in line with the provisions of the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Act Number 12 of 1990 as read with the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, SI.
